I work as a narrative strategist to bring mission-aligned vision to organizations and the communities they serve. My research model of Transformative Place focuses on long-term time thinking, shared resources, with rituals and celebration. My collaborations with towns of ~1,000-3,000 populations (New Cuyama, Carrizozo, Granite Falls, Green River, Zoncuantla, Palouse) span over a decade. I have translated my knowledge of rural places, to work within urban neighborhoods in Mexico, Japan, the United Kingdom, Europe, and the United States.
In my visual art, I use 1990s girlhood aesthetics and mediums (plastic, print, paper mache) to confront white supremacist capitalist cis-hetero patriarchy. The combination of childlike and sexual forms in my work captures the tension felt in queer existence that deviates from the ideals of the nuclear family. I see art as critical infrastructure to reclaim our bodies and autonomy from sexual assault and surveillance culture.
I bring an emphasis on relationship and knowledge building to my commercial work. Some notable projects include curating the physical library for Anthropic AI’s headquarters, art directing the largest women’s fitness event in the world for Nike, designing the secondhand fashion magazine, Mildew, and creative strategy for a 1 million dollar experimental philanthropy fund, Arising Quo.

My studio is based in Palouse, Washington and can also be found on truck tailgates, picnic tables, and remotely around the world. I have held Adjunct Faculty positions at Portland State University and University of Idaho and given talks at University of Colorado-Boulder, Washington State University, and Iowa State University.
Presently, I am apart of the artist group Strange Grange, an analog community venue for intergenerational exchange, and deputy chair of the Palouse Planning Commission.
I design community spaces usually through multi-year projects.
